For the past 15 years, I have progressed through increasingly responsible and accountable positions within the military, protection and security, with a concentration in operational control, human services, criminal justice, and business.

Throughout my military profession specifically in the Navy, I have earned a track-record of successes in managing complex situations initiatives, and achieving exceptional rather than expected business results.

I possess the experience, capabilities, and judgment for taking an organizations core values and strategies through a common business sense approach.

With strong working relationship with key organizational staff, I have been characterized as a consensus builder, and credited with contributions that have added to the successful performance of an organization.

My background includes significant experience in security, training, personal protection, budget and customer service, and operational controls. I also have a particularly strong working knowledge of strategic planning, and process improvement.
